Psychedelic Therapy & Advocacy Training
1. Eligibility & Professional Scope
This course is designed specifically for educators, licensed therapists, counselors, and community advocates.
- Educational Purpose Only: You acknowledge that this training is for educational and professional development purposes.
- No Medical License: Participation in or completion of this course does not grant a medical license, nor does it authorize the student to practice medicine or clinical psychology beyond their existing legal scope of practice.
- Not Medical Advice: The information provided during the course is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Legal Compliance & Ethics
Students must comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding entheogenic substances. This course does not encourage or facilitate illegal acts. Students agree to operate strictly within the legal and ethical frameworks of their specific professional jurisdictions.
3. Privacy & The "Vegas Rule" of Confidentiality
We operate under a strict "Vegas Rule" policy: What happens in the circle, stays in the circle.
- Definition: This means that the identities, personal stories, and vulnerable disclosures made by fellow participants must never be shared, repeated, or referenced outside of the session.
- Data Approach: This confidentiality extends to all digital interactions. Personal experiences shared in class are considered sacred data and are protected from any external disclosure.
4. Attendance, Participation & Access
Active participation is vital to the collective resonance of the course.
- Missed Sessions: We understand that emergencies occur. If a student misses one or more sessions, they will be granted access to class recordings.
- Post-Course Access: Recordings of previous sessions will remain available for review for 30 days after the official course end date, after which access will be revoked.
5. Code of Ethics: Liberated Zone & Unconditional Respect
This course is a Liberated Zone. We offer unconditional respect for all participants regardless of lifestyle, religion, class, creed, or race.
- Zero Tolerance: Intolerant behaviors, harassment, or discriminatory language will not be tolerated.
- Removal: Any student violating this code of ethics will be removed from the course immediately at the discretion of the Program Director without a refund.
6. Ownership of Intellectual Property (IP)
All curriculum, manuals, videos, spiritual frameworks, and materials demonstrated or provided are the exclusive intellectual property of the Program Director and the institution.
- Usage License: Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use course materials for personal study only.
- Recording Prohibition: Students are strictly prohibited from recording audio or video of sessions without express written consent from the Program Director.
7. Data Protection Protocol
We maintain a fortress-level data protection policy. Your personal information, enrollment status, and participation data:
- Will not be shared with third parties, fellow participants, or advertisers.
- Will not be disclosed to municipal, local, state, or federal authorities unless compelled by a specific, legally binding court order.
- Is treated as strictly confidential to protect the safety of all healers and advocates involved.
8. Refund & Credit Policy
- Pre-Course Refunds: A full deposit refund is available if requested at least 48 hours before the course start date.
- Post-Start Policy: Once the course begins, no monetary refunds will be issued.
- Course Credit: In lieu of a refund, students who must withdraw due to documented special circumstances (e.g., medical emergency or family bereavement) may be granted credit to attend a future course cycle. Approval for credit is at the sole discretion of the Program Director.
9. Payment Plans & Defaults
- Deadlines: Participants on payment plans must meet all deadlines to maintain access.
- Restricted Access: Missing a payment deadline will result in immediate restriction of access to the online portal and course materials.
- Unenrollment: Failure to cure a payment default within 10 days will result in permanent unenrollment from the course with no refunds for previous installments.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Program Director and the institution shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your participation in this course or your future application of the techniques taught. Students assume all risks, emotional and professional, associated with the study of psychedelic-assisted modalities and agree to indemnify and hold the facilitators harmless from any claims arising from the student's own professional practice.
